      • The group discussed the “Personal is political” concept.
      • The group discussed the concept of ‘power under’
      • Anna read a passage about ‘power under’ from Clearing the Conceptual Cloud.
      • The group discussed the transactional analysis triangle – Alex shared concerns about this model possibly losing sight of validating real experiences and emotions.

      • We individually took the online personality test.
      • The group was encouraged to read their detailed personality descriptions and other members’ descriptions as well following the meeting.

  • Online Bios The group agreed for now to post their photo, name, and affiliations for the website
  • TIRRC sign-on (Alex) The leaders present agreed to sign-on to the ACLU-TN and TIRRC letter to Governor Haslam asking him to withdraw his request rescinding the resettlement of Syrian refugees in TN. All signatures are due by COB tomorrow.

    • Whitney shared about next Wednesday’s kickstarter campaign for Workers’ Dignity. The ThanksGIVING Eve event with be from 6pm-12am. Members were encouraged to attend the event, promote the event, encourage friends to attend, volunteer, and give. **on Nov 23 Whitney emailed leadership with details about the event.

• Next meeting Sarah F. agreed to host and facilitate. During our next meeting we will participate in an interactive activity listed in the TFL manual.

• Wrap-up Activity Time did not permit.
